    Neiman Marcus is a leading luxury retailer with $4.5B+ in yearly revenue. They needed to enhance personalization and digital merchandising across website, app, and email to drive engagement, conversion, and revenue.

    My key contributions:

    • Led the development of an enterprise personalization platform, enabling AI-driven product recommendations and tailored content.
       
    • Designed the architecture for a scalable recommendation platform
       
    • Launched dynamic recommendation carousels across key e-commerce pages

    My key contributions:

    • Led enhancements and new features for internal CRM and loyalty management platform, streamlining customer account management and internal workflows

    •  Launched a promotion and offer management tool

    • Improved user search and password reset experiences

    • Developed an automated product analytics dashboard alongside signup flow optimizations to drive engagement and retention
